Shritech as a company started in 1996 with a vision to serve and earn. The main aim of the company is to provide the complete
service solutions to the customer at the most reasonable value for money policy. Avinash jolly the proprietor of the company
is a Mechanical Engineer with post graduate Diploma from IIT-Delhi. His vision and dedication towards the service was so appreciated
by the Honda Seil Power Products that they awarded him the Golden Award “BEST SERVICE DEALER FOR EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE
– ALL INDIA” in 1996-1997. The technical knowledge of the proprietor Avinash Jolly gave such a new dimension to the service
sector of this product, that he is now considered as one of the pioneer dealers of this company. This led to the design and
supply of demo vehicles and workshop equipments to the dealers of Honda Seil Power Products. In 1998 the Shritech started
the after sales service for all LG Products. LG Company assumed our service center to attend 1200 calls per month but we reached
up to 6000 calls per month with 92.5% calls completion within 24 Hrs. Here also we were declared as the best dealer all India.
But due to some strategic policies of the LG we quit the company. In 1999 we joined the upcoming internet service providing
company NET4INDIA as their channel partner and were declared as the best channel partner of the year 2001. In 2003 we joined
ATCO as their Auth. Service Center. We are still looking for the services of other products. We have a large database of satisfied
customers.
